NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 2018 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to consider a site plan application to construct an approximately 896 sq. ft. (12 ft. by 74.5 ft.) expansion an along the rear portion of the Aldi grocery store, which will require the use of 0.6 agricultural preservation credits, and which will allow interior refrigeration units to be shifted south, shifting south of the existing dumpster enclosure and three parking stalls shown at the rear of Aldi’s as well as an exterior light fixture on the adjacent building, the relocation of roof drains to the new rear wall and reconnection underground to existing drainage structures, and revised plantings around the existing pylon sign at the entrance to the site at an existing shopping center on a 574,707 sq. ft. parcel identified as SCTM No. 0600-119-1-23.3 located in the Business Center (BC) zoning use district at 1757 Old Country Rd in Riverhead, New York.

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 2018 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider an application for a 3 lot minor industrial subdivision of a ±51 acre parcel located at 4331 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY, with said parcel being more particularly described as SCTM #600-116-1-1 and located within the old Business CR and old Industrial B zoning use districts

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 2018 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a site plan application to build 51,547 sq. ft. of retail space in a four building campus style development in the Hamlet of Calverton.  The development consists of a 19,097 sq. ft. main building, with an attached 15,000 sq. ft. fenced outdoor sales area, another 9,450 sq. ft. building, and two (2) buildings each being 4,000 sq. ft. in a campus style layout.  The site plan also proposes landscaping, lighting, and drainage improvements, as well as on-site septic systems to handle the sanitary flow from the facilities.  The site is more particularly described as SCTM #600-116-1-1 and is located within the old Business CR and old Industrial B zoning use districts.

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 2017 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a site plan application to perform site modifications to an existing commercial site in order to operate a day care facility.  The modifications include installing a 6 ft. high stockade fence along portions of the property boundary, erection of a 4 ft. high chain link fence in two portions of the property in order to create outdoor play areas, relocation of an existing dumpster and installation of a 6 ft. high chain link dumpster enclosure with privacy slats, removal of approximately 2,185 sq. ft. of asphalt to be replaced with virgin rubber mulch, as well as landscaping improvements on a 0.52 acre parcel, zoned Residence A-40 (RA40), more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-127-2-2.1, located at 608 Northville Turnpike, Riverhead.
