Public Notice - Town of Riverhead Zoning Board of Appeals

Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York on February 23, 2017 at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, not before the time shown below on each of the following appeals:

 

7:00 pm, prevailing time, Appeal No. 2017-006 – Cheryl Miller, 72 Penny Drive, Calverton, SCTM No. 600-97-2-9.2 - for variances to and/or relief from the provisions of Chapter 301 Section 17 proposing to construct a single-family dwelling with a rear yard setback of 46 feet where the minimum required is 60 feet.

 

7:00 pm, prevailing time, Appeal No. 2017-007 – Cheryl Miller, 84 Penny Drive, Calverton, SCTM No. 600-97-2-9.1- for variances to and/or relief from the provisions of Chapter 301 Section 17 proposing to construct a single-family dwelling with a side yard setback of 21.4 feet where the minimum required is 25 feet.

 

7:00 pm, prevailing time, Appeal No. 2017-008 – John Ratto, 107 Canterbury Dr., Wading River, SCTM No. 600-115-1-10.75for variances to and/or relief from the provisions of Chapter 301 Section 31 proposing to construct a covered porch addition with a front yard setback of 36.5 feet where the minimum required is 40 feet.

 

            Any person desiring to be heard on the above-mentioned appeals should appear at the specified time and place.

 

Zoning Board of Appeals work session begins at 6:30 P.M. in the office of the Town of Riverhead Planning Department.
